    DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND TASKS:
    Statement of Work:
    Maximo Data resource is responsible for supporting the designing and executing integration data migration strategies for USPS Maximo implementations. Supports reviews source system architecture and data, identifies required data elements, and develops migration plans. Supports the creation of custom integration migration objects and workflows to import and validate data. Supports database performance, integrity, and compliance across multiple platforms and environments. Must be able to work with limited direct input from USPS staff, while ensuring that outcomes are aligned with USPS vision, mission, and objectives. Technical skills, programming expertise, and knowledge of Maximo data structures are a given
    Task Description:

    • Monitor integration data migration workstreams and coordinate activities with project team (10%)

    • Support integration data analysis (25%)

    • Execute integration data migration strategies (25%)

    • Support create integration data migration objects (10%)

    • Execute integration data migration (10%)

    • Quality reviews (20%)

    Required skills/Level of Experience :

    • Master's degree or higher in Computer Science Engineering Applied Mathematics or other technical or mathematical fields with 3 years of experience in federal OR

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science Engineering Applied Mathematics or other technical or mathematical fields with 5 years of experience in federal OR

    • 5+ years of experience with integration Data and Optimization program definition and execution across multiple industries

    • 3+ years of experience with data governance and implementing data management standards across large-scale projects and organizations

    • 3+ year of experience with integration of Maximo with 3rd party enterprise platforms leveraging MIF services

    Nice to have skills:

    • Experience with Cloud Environments (AWS, IBM Cloud)

    • Prior Experience with USPS

    • Certified Maximo Deployment Professional

    • Understanding of IBM Maximo application, functionalities, and configuration options

    • Experience with Maximo custom object creation and workflow design

    • Experience serving as Task Leader or technical liaison
