Senior IBM Maximo Functional Lead / Delivery

We are seeking a Senior IBM Maximo Functional Lead / Delivery Lead to support the migration of IBM Maximo 7.6.x to Maximo Application Suite (MAS) Manage 9.x in a classified government environment. This individual will lead requirements gathering, application configuration, testing, training, and delivery coordination while partnering closely with the Senior Maximo Technical Architect throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer workshops, requirements gathering, and solution validation activities.
• Configure and support Maximo/MAS functionality including assets, locations, workflows, security, job plans, integrations, sites, and organizations.
• Support data migration validation, record-count verification, and functional testing.
• Coordinate UAT, defect tracking, issue remediation, and production readiness activities.
• Assist with environment promotions, go-live planning, deployment, and hypercare support.
• Deliver training, knowledge transfer, and operational documentation.
• Manage project status, risks, action items, and stakeholder communications.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of IBM Maximo experience.
• Experience with Maximo Asset Management and MAS Manage.
• Experience leading Maximo implementations, upgrades, or migration projects.
• Strong background in requirements gathering, functional configuration, testing, and user enablement.
• Experience supporting federal or highly regulated environments.
• Strong communication and customer-facing consulting skills.
