- Functional Testing of Retail & Supply Chain Applications • Test Strategy & Test Plan Preparation • Test Case Design and Development • Test Execution and Validation • Defect Logging, Tracking, and Retesting • SQL Query Writing and Data Validation • API Testing using Postman • End-to-End WMS Process Validation • Integration Testing with Third-Party Systems • Test Reporting and Quality Metrics Analysis
Day to day Job responsibility:
- Analyze business and functional requirements and identify test scenarios.
- Create and maintain test cases, test data, and test execution plans.
- Execute functional, integration, and end-to-end testing for Retail and Supply Chain applications.
- Validate warehouse operations, inventory movements, order fulfillment, and shipping processes within MAWM.
- Perform API and database validations using Postman and SQL.
- Log, track, and verify defects while coordinating with development teams for resolution.
- Validate integrations between WMS and upstream/downstream applications.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to ensure requirements are met.
- Prepare test execution reports, defect dashboards, and quality status updates for stakeholders.
- Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives and support release sign-off activities.
