About the role
The Math Team Coach will build and lead Farm & Forge’s year-round competitive math program and provide ACT, SAT, and PSAT math preparation. - Manage the competition calendar, registrations, testing-site arrangements, deadlines, travel, and event logistics.
- Lead regular practices in mathematical reasoning, competition strategy, timed problem-solving, and proof-writing.
- Create individualized training plans, assign targeted practice, track results, and provide families with updates on student progress.
- Incorporate Farm & Forge’s AI tutor into competition and test preparation and collaborate with the development team to adapt practice materials.
