Position Title Math Faculty (3 Vacancies) FLSA Exempt Contract Length 9 months Class Summary
The Faculty - Math position is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in mathematics courses that support academic transfer, workforce, and developmental programs. This role includes planning and teaching courses in accordance with approved curricula, assessing student learning outcomes, maintaining regular student engagement and availability, and contributing to departmental and institutional initiatives. Faculty are expected to support student success through effective instruction, advising, and participation in college service activities while maintaining compliance with accreditation standards and college policies.

Master's degree in Mathematics/Applied Mathematics or master's degree and 18 graduate hours in Mathematics.
Preferred Education/Training/Experience
Master's degree or Ph.D. in Mathematics/Applied Mathematics.
Some post-secondary teaching experience.

Ability to teach both developmental and credit math courses.

Job Duties
Prepare, develop, revise curriculum and course work.
Meet classes as scheduled.
Complete paperwork/tests and issue student grades as scheduled.
Maintain office hours for student consultation.
Serve on committees as needed and assigned.
Other duties as appropriate to the position.
