What You’ll Do

• Identify and recruit healthcare providers within the TMaH region to participate in maternal health initiatives
• Conduct outreach to engage providers and community partners in program activities
• Maintain ongoing communication with contractors, providers, and stakeholders via in-person, phone, email, and written correspondence
• Provide technical assistance to support program implementation and sustainability
• Develop and disseminate educational materials and communication resources
• Coordinate outreach efforts to promote TMaH initiatives and foster partnerships
• Stay informed on current research and best practices in maternal health
• Represent the organization at meetings, seminars, and training events
• Track grant-related information and ensure administrative procedures are followed

What You Need
Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in provider outreach, maternal/women’s health programs, or healthcare setting
• Strong communication and outreach skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Preferred:

• Advanced education in healthcare
• Experience with Medicaid or SoonerCare
• Background in health promotion campaigns
• Grant management experience
