Job Title: Maternal Fetal Medicine Specialist
Overview:
StaffMed Health Partners has partnered with the Nation's largest Healthcare System to recruit a Maternal Fetal Medicine Specialist for a busy perinatal practice in El Paso, TX. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide compassionate prenatal care, collaborate with a dedicated team, and make a meaningful impact on maternal and fetal health within a thriving community.
Required Skills:
- Ability to provide outpatient consultative care for pregnancy-related conditions
- Proficiency in ultrasound examinations and genetic counseling
- Experience in managing maternal and fetal complications such as diabetes, hypertension, autoimmune disorders, and fetal birth defects
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with obstetricians and other healthcare professionals
- Open to new graduates and practicing physicians
Education and Experience:
- Medical doctor (MD) or doctor of osteopathic medicine (DO) degree
- Experience in a busy perinatal practice preferred, but new graduates are welcomed
Other Requirements:
- Call schedule of 1:8, with coverage of 2 hospitals and 1 week per month of call duty
- Practice hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- License and certification requirements are included in this role
