Job Summary:

HCA Healthcare is seeking to recruit and employ a Maternal Fetal Medicine physician who is passionate in their commitment to providing elite, evidence based MFM care in to the South Texas Gulf Coast community of McAllen, Texas.

Opportunity:

  • Join a team of experienced and established MFM clinicians working to advance care in the community. 
  • This is a wonderful opportunity to utilize your evidence-based knowledge, clinical training and technical proficiency in providing maternal fetal medicine care.
  • MFM services include fetal ultrasound evaluation, fetal echocardiography, invasive fetal diagnostic procedures (CVS, amniocentesis, cordocentesis), invasive fetal therapy including FIUT consultation and co-management and maternal and fetal medical complications of pregnancy
  • Group will be comprised of 4-6 MFMs, and expand over the next 3-5 years
  • Outpatient with some inpatient consultative and shared call
  • MFM group works collaboratively with OB Hospitalists, private obstetric groups, and hospital-based CNM
  • On site and highly qualified and experienced perinatal sonographers and nurses
  • Access to genetic counselors and diabetic educators
  • Ancillary services include the full spectrum of pediatric subspecialists, fetal MRI imaging, Level II & III NICUs
