MATERIALS TOOLINGCOORDINATOR
We are hiring a Materials Tooling Coordinator in Henderson, Colorado. The Materials Tooling Coordinator manages the receipt, tracking, and distribution of materials to support construction crews, as well as knowing and maintaining pipe fusion tooling. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills and attention to detail. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on logistics experience and support operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Take receipt, organize, store, and log inventory of all incoming deliveries Pick, stage, release, and log inventory to internal and external construction crews Maintain active inventory tracking system and generate reporting to advise on current stock levels Ensure accurate inventory tracking and reporting using company systems Evaluate and collaborate with suppliers to ensure cost-efficient, high-quality materials Monitor supplier performance, delivery timelines, and contract compliance Support sourcing strategies to improve reliability and pricing Direct warehouse yard and materials handling operations Advise on upcoming material and inventory needs due to usage rates Know and understand the use of general construction equipment and electric utility construction material Maintain preventative maintenance and calibration of tooling Communicate material status, risks, shortages, and impacts to internal stakeholders or project teams
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
Valid Driver License required CDL Commercial Driver License preferred Excellent reading skills to understand and comprehend all construction warning signs Great attention to safety Computer literacy - MS Office Suite and Inventory System
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical activity and work environment required for this role includes:
Standing or walking for long periods of time Repeatedly lifting heavy loads up to 50 lbs. Other repetitive movements such as kneeling, crawling, climbing, and reaching Manual dexterity Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
