Marketing & Communications Coordinator


Location: Denver, CO (Onsite)
Salary: $55,000–$70,000 annually


Our client is seeking a creative and organized Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join their team in Denver, Colorado. This onsite role is ideal for a marketing professional who enjoys balancing creative content development with project coordination and administrative support. The successful candidate will help execute marketing initiatives, maintain digital platforms, support events and campaigns, and ensure consistent brand messaging across multiple communication channels.


Key Responsibilities


Marketing & Content Creation



  • Develop and update marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, flyers, event collateral, and promotional materials.



  • Create and schedule engaging social media content across multiple platforms.



  • Assist with email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional communications.



  • Support the promotion of organizational programs, events, fundraising initiatives, and community outreach efforts.




Website & Digital Communications



  • Maintain website content by publishing updates, uploading photos, and ensuring information remains accurate and current.



  • Monitor online reviews and respond professionally while escalating sensitive matters when appropriate.



  • Manage third-party digital platforms and coordinate with vendors for content updates, user access, and troubleshooting.



  • Ensure consistency across all online profiles and digital communication channels.




Marketing Operations



  • Assist with CRM maintenance, contact segmentation, campaign reporting, and marketing analytics.



  • Organize and maintain marketing templates, digital assets, photography, and communication resources.



  • Ensure all marketing materials align with established brand standards and messaging.




Administrative & Project Coordination



  • Coordinate meetings, calendars, agendas, and meeting materials while documenting action items.



  • Provide logistical support for meetings, events, and community outreach initiatives.



  • Track sponsorship commitments, renewals, deliverables, and key deadlines.



  • Support vendor communication, file management, and departmental reporting.



  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet project timelines and marketing objectives.



  • Perform additional duties as assigned.




Qualifications



  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.



  • Proficiency with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).



  • Experience managing website content using platforms such as WordPress, Squarespace, or similar CMS.



  • Familiarity with social media management tools, Google Workspace, and Google Business Profile.



  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or HubSpot and CRM systems.



  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong proofreading abilities.



  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
