MAG USA, Inc. is looking for a dependable, safety-focused Material Technician/Forklift Operator to join our team at our Clinton, Tennessee facility. In this role, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient day-to-day operations of our logistics and material functions - forklift operation, keeping product moving, inventory accurate, and the warehouse running smoothly.ResponsibilitiesOperate forklifts to move and stage materials throughout the facilityPerform inventory control and cycle counting to maintain accurate stock recordsUtilize handheld scanners for receiving, picking, and shipping functionsFollow and uphold all workplace safety standards at all timesReport equipment issues, discrepancies, or abnormalities promptly to supervisorSupport teammates and assist in other warehouse functions as neededMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaPerform other duties as assignedQualifications & experience2+ years of forklift operation experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment preferredExperience in shipping, receiving, barcode scanning, and general warehouse functionsProficient in basic math skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environmentTeam-oriented with the ability to work effectively with othersEnergetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated work ethicPhysical requirementsAbility to lift up to 35 lbs repetitively throughout the shiftComfortable standing, walking, and operating equipment for extended periods
