Materials Supply Specialist

The Materials Supply Specialist is responsible for receiving, organizing, stocking, and distributing medical supplies to ensure clinical departments have the materials needed for patient care. This role requires knowledge of medical supplies, inventory management, and the ability to support daily supply chain operations in a healthcare environment.

• Receive, inspect, stock, and distribute medical supplies throughout the facility.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed.
• Organize storage areas and ensure proper handling of medical products.
• Pick, pack, and deliver supply orders to various departments.
• Monitor inventory for shortages, damaged items, and expired products.
• Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate supply records.
• Operate material handling equipment and move supplies safely.
• Follow hospital safety policies and infection control procedures.
• Work Saturdays and additional shifts as required to meet operational needs.
