Serve as a technical leader by conducting data-driven analysis, supporting customer needs, and promoting knowledge sharing and continuous innovation across the organization.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's degree in Materials Science with several years of experience supporting R&D, manufacturing, and product development environments. PhD preferred. Strong expertise in materials characterization, process development, root cause analysis, and data-driven problem solving. Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects, manage competing priorities, and drive initiatives from concept through implementation. Effective communicator who can collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including customers, operations, and quality teams. Continuous improvement mindset with a strong focus on safety, quality, innovation, attention to detail, and delivering measurable business results. Experience working with metals.
