Phillips Medisize, a Molex Company is seeking a high-potential supply chain professional for a Materials Manager leadership role at our Hudson, WI facility. The ideal candidate will have foundational experience across several core materials functions, including production planning, procurement, inventory control, warehousing, logistics, and manufacturing operations.
This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively coordinate people, processes, and priorities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. While not expected to be an expert in every materials discipline, the successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of end-to-end material flow and demonstrate the ability to lead beyond a traditional supervisory level.
