    What You’ll Do

    Key Responsibilities

    • Placeorders and receive and distribute supplies and equipment
    • Maintainfiles for purchase orders, logs, and receipts
    • Organizethe department and ensure adequate supply levels are maintained
    • Ensurechargeable supply items are properly labelled
    • Assistwith forwarding patient charges as needed
    • Demonstrateconsistent and reliable attendance
    • Performadditional duties as assigned

    What We Are Looking For

    • Previous experience in purchasing, supply chain, inventory, or departmental support preferred
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills
    • Ability to maintain accurate records, files, logs, and receipts
    • Ability to monitor supply levels and maintain adequate inventory
    • Strong attention to detail when handling orders, supplies, and chargeable items
    • Ability to communicate effectively with staff, vendors, and other departments
    • Reliable attendance and a strong sense of accountability
    • Ability to work independently and perform additional duties as assigned
