Materials Expediter

Cottage Health seeks a Materials Expediter for their CH Consolidated Services department responsible for working with Storeroom/Receiving, Purchasing, requisitioning departments, Accounts Payable and vendors to facilitate the processing of purchase orders, product substitutions & updates, receiving documents, and invoices. Perform duties of Courier Dispatch.

• Pay for non-physician positions is determined based on related years of experience and internal equity. Eligible employees may also receive additional forms of compensation, including shift differentials, on-call pay, incentive pay, and bonus opportunities, where applicable. Manager and above positions may participate in Cottage Health's annual management incentive program. Physician compensation is determined based upon specialty and may include bonus potential. QUALIFICATIONS:

All job qualifications listed indicate the minimum level necessary to perform this job proficiently.

Technical Requirements:

• Required: Knowledge of hospital supplies and equipment. Knowledge of Purchasing, Receiving, and Accounts Payable procedures and processes. Fundamental understanding of computer software and programs to assist in job performance (MS Office, etc.) and ability to effectively use our ERP system.

Years of Related Work Experience:

• Required: 1 year of materials/inventory related work.
• Preferred: 2-5 years of position specific experience. 1 year of finance related work.
