    Materials Coordinator

    Position Overview

    We are seeking a Materials Coordinator to support inventory, shipping and receiving, and material flow within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position will help ensure materials are received, stored, tracked, and delivered accurately while maintaining inventory records and GMP requirements.Shift: 9 am-7:30 pm Mon-Thurs

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the receiving, storage, labeling, issuance, and rotation of inventory while maintaining accurate records and GMP compliance.
    • Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventories as needed.
    • Coordinate domestic and international inbound and outbound shipments, including supplier shipments, returns, courier services, and time-sensitive deliveries.
    • Track shipments and help ensure materials arrive accurately and on schedule.
    • Transport materials and products between company facilities and vendor locations using a company vehicle.
    • Load and unload materials as required.
    • Support Production and Manufacturing by fulfilling material requests and maintaining accurate material status and inventory records.
    • Assist with improving inventory control, material handling, storage, and workflow processes.
    • Help resolve invoice discrepancies and other materials-related operational issues.
    • Perform additional duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • 2+ years of shipping, receiving, materials, or related inventory experience.
    • Working knowledge of inventory control processes and best practices.
    • Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment preferred.
    • Oracle experience preferred.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
    • Ability to safely load, unload, and transport materials as required.
    • Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle as part of the position.
