What You'll Do as a Materials Associate:- Pull electronic components to accurately complete production kits
- Disassemble and return kits received from the production floor
- Assist with stock and inventory inquiries
- Perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
- Learn and utilize unique part numbering systems and component families
- Maintain organization and accuracy while handling electronic components
- Complete additional duties as assigned by supervisors and managers
What You Need to Bring to the Materials Associate Role:- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- General knowledge of electronic components preferred
- Strong computer and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to cross-train in different departments and positions
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to learn company-specific inventory and part-numbering systems
- IPC-A-610 training preferred but not required
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
- Ability to meet all physical requirements of the position
