Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a Materials Analyst for a Contract with a client in Clearwater, FL. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with SAP/ERP systems, material availability analysis, and advanced Excel reporting in a manufacturing environment.

Rate Range: $30/Hour to $33/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Materials Analyst Responsibilities include:

• Analyze inventory levels, material shortages, and supply risks to ensure continuous production support.

• Investigate and resolve material-related issues caused by supply disruptions, inventory discrepancies, or demand changes.

• Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, Engineering, and Quality teams to address and prevent material shortages.

• Monitor shortage reports, open demand, and past-due materials while providing timely escalation of critical issues.

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and trackers using Excel, Access, SQL, and Power BI to improve material visibility and decision-making.

• Support production and customer commitments by prioritizing material allocation and executing critical planning activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in materials planning, inventory management, or supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment.

• Hands-on experience with SAP, ERP/MRP systems, and material availability or supply risk analysis.

• Advanced proficiency with Excel and experience using reporting and analytics tools such as Access, SQL, and Power BI.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $33.00 per hour
