Georgia-Pacific''s Consumer Products mill in Pennington, Alabama, is seeking a Materials Allocator. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring materials move efficiently through the manufacturing process, enabling safe, reliable production and exceptional customer service. You will manage raw material workflows within the Warehouse Management System (EWM), collaborate with multiple service groups, and serve as a key problem-solver for material flow and system challenges. As the on-shift subject matter expert, you will coach team members and support operational excellence through effective use of EWM, ICPAQ, and related systems.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicates effectively with a variety of stakeholders, learns new systems quickly, and enjoys solving complex operational challenges in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
