    POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Verifies and organizes distribution of incoming/outgoing products.
    • Prepares related documents.
    • Maintains shipping/receiving area.
    • Maintain records of all outgoing and incoming shipments from and to the warehouse.
    • Prepare shipping documents along with the correct mailing labels and ensure that all orders are correctly fulfilled.
    • Reconcile waybill, bill of lading with bill of materials and actual shipment arrivals.
    • Ensure that the goods delivered to the warehouse are in accordance with approved orders and the associated bill of lading or invoice.

    POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

    • High School Diploma or GED. 1-2 years' experience preferred
    • Warehouse / manufacturing / distribution or experience. Automotive experience is a plus.
    • Inventory experience. Able to apply Min/Max method.
    • Root Cause Analysis, Continuous Improvement experience
    • Data Entry experience. Proficient in SAP. Able to work in other WMS or similar systems.
    • Attention to Detail
    • Solid communication skills and prior Client facing Customer Service experience.
    • Must be able to walk on concrete plant floors for prolonged periods while performing job duties

    Schedule/ Shift: First shift Monday to Friday 6:30 AM- 3:00 PM

    Location: Columbus, MS

    Travel Requirements: None

    Over Time: Occasional
