Required Skills & Qualifications
- Material handling and/or warehousing experience required
- Possess effective time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong customer service skills
- Must possess good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Must have strong initiative and focus on safety, quality, accuracy, and be detail-oriented
- Must possess a valid California driver's license
- Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for extended periods of time
- Forklift experience
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- College level coursework
- Previous experience in a leadership role/responsibilities
- Knowledge of safe chemical handling
- HazMat endorsement
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Ensure internal and external compliance with GMP, GLP, DOT, HazMat, etc.
- Execute Supervisors' directives effectively
- Prioritize and facilitate area tasks and daily customer requests
- Troubleshoot operational errors and monitor operations
- Interact with other departments to achieve goals
- Act as the liaison between the area Materials Specialists and Supervisors
- Ensure daily tasks are completed accurately
- Independently follow GMP procedures and train others
- Provide routine updates to Supervisors on progress and issues
- Proactively look for ways to improve workflow processes
- Lead resolution efforts for technical issues
- Participate in safety and quality area surveys, 5S audits, LEAN and Class A initiatives
