Job Description:
- Work with storeroom personnel at multiple power generation plants across SC to assist with new item creation, syncing of data between Maximo and SAP, SOX compliance, and any additional inventory tasks that arise.
Responsibilities:- 4-6 years related work experience
- Knowledge of materials management, procurement processes, inventory control
- Knowledge of material and service contract law
- Knowledge of client groups/commodities/specialties
- Knowledge of environmental, government/legal and regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of inventory analysis techniques
Requirements:- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, negotiation skills
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Basic forecasting and trend analysis skills
- Computer and value/cost analysis skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities; meet deadlines
- Ability to process information quickly and accurately
- Organizational skills
Preferred: Education:- At least High School plus work experience
