Material Planner 3

Experience in materials planning for a manufacturing environment preferably for capital equipment or complex machinery, large BOMs. Qualifications: High School diploma, AA, BS in business, logistics, inventory management.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma, AA, BS in business, logistics, inventory management
• 5+ years of experience in inventory management, material planning, purchasing
• Experience in materials planning for a manufacturing environment preferably for capital equipment or complex machinery, large BOMs
• Understanding of Logistics and Shipping a plus
• Must have SAP experience. Knowledge of SAP transaction MD04, MB51, LS24, MB21, MB22
• Expert level Excel (VLookup, pivot table, formulas)
• Able to create PowerPoint Presentations

Responsibilities:

• Support Shipping of new products 
• Ensure the consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for production
• Determining the required materials and generating purchase orders.
• Ensuring the consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for production
• Communicate any delivery issues related to build schedules
• Maintain relationship with Program Management, Engineering, suppliers and customers
