Contract - 1st Shift 5/40

Pay Rate: $41.58/Hr.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification if required.
• Computer skills, including data entry for issuing materials and goods movements.

Position Summary: Material Moving Workers

• Support sustaining business for the Cabin Integration value stream at the Everett facility.
• Provide inventory control and kitting support in accordance with established procedures.
• Report to the Logistics Supervisor.
• Perform manual and administrative tasks related to inventory control, WIP, and kitting.
• Work in a fast-paced environment requiring strong attention to detail.
• Collaborate across departments to align manufacturing processes, work instructions, and material handling processes.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives through CORE principles.

Responsibilities: Material Moving Workers

• Collaborate with the planning team to execute work orders.
• Prepare work order kits with a high level of accuracy.
• Adhere to functional group KPIs and provide feedback on continuous improvement opportunities.
• Maintain records and documentation for required work orders.
• Use material handling tools and equipment, including screw guns and tape measures.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor and communicate issues with management.
• Perform other related duties within the scope of the position.

Preferred Qualifications: Material Moving Workers

• Knowledge of SAP and Excel, including lookups and pivot tables.
• Manufacturing industry experience.
• Previous materials/kitting experience.
