Shift Timings:Sunday-Thursday 11:00pm-7:30am OT as required
Steel toe shoes required on the production floor. No tight fitting cloth
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
This position is responsible for mixing molding materials for injection molding machines in accordance with quality
specifications and daily schedules.
Essential Responsibilities
1. Mixes molding compound, regrind, color as required.
2. Must be able to obtain a powered industrial truck license and operate safely. May operate compression, transfer,
and injection molding machines as required
3. Maintains accurate records.
4. Properly disposes of all waste.
5. Maintains a safe and clean work area.
6. Follows all safety instructions.
7. Monitors part quality.
8. Participates in a continuous improvement team.
9. Communicates and works well with other team members.
10. Performs other duties that may be assigned.
11. Receive environmental training, and carry out related duties if instructed to do so by supervisor.
Basic Qualifications
High school Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
No relocation is provided. Only candidates within 50 miles of La Grange, NC will be considered for this position
A Minimum of 6 months of experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Previous experience working as a Material Handler or in a compound mixing position
