Material Handling Specialist

Power/mation has an immediate opening for a full-time Material Handling Specialist at our Roseville, Minnesota location. This position is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer service in a fast-paced environment. Hours are Monday-Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately following FIFO principles
• Prepare domestic and international shipments within time standards
• Receive and verify inbound shipments; store inventory in proper locations
• Label and organize inventory; maintain accurate system records
• Resolve discrepancies and report damaged or nonconforming materials
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory processes
• Support walk-in customers and internal teams with order needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred
• Experience using an ERP system; Epicor Profit21 (P21) preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to learn products, systems, and warehouse operations
• Basic math skills

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Warehouse setting with frequent standing and walking
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally, 50 lbs frequently, and 20 lbs regularly
• Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and repetitive motion
