• Material movement: load and unload deliveries and stage items as directed.
• Housekeeping: keep workstations and common areas clean and orderly.
• Safety: follow protocols and use proper procedures to maintain a safe workspace.
• Team support: assist skilled tradespeople with set-ups and tasks.
• Equipment care: perform routine upkeep and light repairs on tools and equipment.
• Team rhythm: participate in meetings and help maintain a positive team culture.
• Execution: complete assigned work efficiently and on time.
