    What You''ll Do

    Material Handler, you''ll help keep our operation moving safely and efficiently by:

    • Operating forklifts and overhead cranes to move steel throughout the facility
    • Supplying production lines with materials while removing finished products
    • Staging materials to support efficient production flow
    • Loading, unloading, packaging, banding, weighing, and preparing customer orders for shipment
    • Tracking production orders and applying accurate labels and documentation
    • Supporting machine operations, setup activities, and material flow throughout the plant
    • Maintaining an organized work area while following all safety and quality standards
    • Working closely with teammates to keep production running safely, efficiently, and on schedule

    What We''re Looking For

    Experience is helpful, but we''re also interested in dependable people with a strong work ethic who are eager to learn.

    Preferred qualifications include:

    • Previous manufacturing, warehouse, forklift, logistics, or material handling experience
    • Forklift experience or certification is preferred
    • Overhead crane experience or willingness to become certified
    • Mechanical aptitude is a plus
    • Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math
    • Basic computer skills
    • Ability to read production orders and follow work instructions
    • Ability to identify quality issues and maintain accurate documentation
    • Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift
    • Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive physical work during scheduled shifts
    • Commitment to safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement
