Material Handler (Non-Forklift) - Warehouse Associate

Location: Orlando Area
Schedule: Friday to Sunday - $16.75/Hr
Pay: Competitive Weekly Pay

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Material Handlers to support warehouse operations in a safe and fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy active work and are looking for a long-term, temp-to-hire position.

Job Responsibilities

  • Move materials, supplies, and finished goods throughout the warehouse manually or using a hand truck.
  • Load finished products onto pallets or hand trucks.
  • Stack pallets and skids in designated storage areas.
  • Assist with material movement to staging areas and loading zones.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Sweep floors, remove trash, and perform general housekeeping duties.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
  • Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
  • Ability to stand and walk for up to 8+ hours per shift.
  • Ability to push, pull, grasp, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
  • Reliable transportation and strong attendance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Previous warehouse or distribution center experience.
  • Experience using RF scanners.
  • Experience with inventory systems and data entry.
  • Experience operating material handling equipment is a plus.
