What You'll Do as a Material Handler:- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials and products
- Move materials to designated storage areas using manual and powered equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Organize, label, and safely store materials to help prevent damage or deterioration
- Maintain accurate inventory records, perform cycle counts, and report discrepancies or shortages
- Pick and prepare materials for production or shipping according to work orders or customer orders
- Pack and label products for shipment and coordinate with shipping and receiving teams
- Follow safety procedures, properly use personal protective equipment (PPE), and safely operate material handling equipment
What You Need to Bring to the Material Handler Role:- Ability to safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Ability to follow established safety procedures and properly use required PPE
- Strong attention to detail when handling inventory, orders, and shipping labels
- Ability to maintain organized and accurate inventory records
- Ability to work effectively with shipping, receiving, and production teams
- Willingness to participate in required safety training
