Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable Material Handler to join a growing manufacturing team in Pryor. This position is responsible for receiving, moving, storing, and distributing materials throughout the facility to ensure production teams have the resources needed to meet daily operational goals.

The ideal candidate has warehouse or manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.
Required Experience & Skills
Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling experience preferred
Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment preferred
Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Good organizational and time management skills
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials and shipments
Load, transport, and store materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
Deliver raw materials, parts, and supplies to designated production areas
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
Verify material quantities and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies
Organize warehouse and storage areas to improve efficiency and accessibility
Follow all company safety procedures and required PPE guidelines
Collaborate with production, shipping, and receiving teams to maintain efficient material flow
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Preferred Qualifications
Forklift certification or previous forklift experience
Shipping and receiving experience
Inventory control and warehouse management experience
Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive movement throughout the shift
Ability to safely operate material handling equipment while wearing required PPE
Comfortable working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
Work Environment
