The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment using an RF scanner. This position requires working in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Use an RF scanner (handheld barcode scanner) to locate, pick, and verify products.
- Accurately pick customer orders according to order specifications.
- Pack products securely and prepare shipments for delivery.
- Verify item quantities, product codes, and order accuracy.
- Label packages and prepare shipping documentation as needed.
- Replenish inventory and stock warehouse locations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts when required.
- Report damaged products, inventory discrepancies, or equipment issues to supervisors.
