Material Handler Packer

Essential Job Duties

• Inspect product for, defects, damages, or quality issues before packaging.
• Manage product setup, kitting, and packaging configurations to support manufacturing lines and contract packaging operations.
• Assemble product kits and prepare orders for shipment.
• Verify product counts, labels, and packaging accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all work instructions, safety procedures, and quality requirements.
• Work independently while meeting daily production goals.
• Assist with additional warehouse and packaging duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50  pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to identify defects and maintain high quality standards.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Previous packaging, warehouse, manufacturing, or assembly experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for qualified candidates.

Work Environment

• Non-climate-controlled manufacturing and warehouse environment.
• Standing, walking, bending, and repetitive hand movements throughout the shift.
• Ability to work an 8-hour shift with opportunities for overtime as business needs require.
