Location: Ontario, CA

Pay Rate: $21.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 1st Shift

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Ability to follow warehouse procedures, safety regulations, and work instructions.
  • Basic math and inventory skills preferred.

Experience Requirements

  • Previous experience operating a Reach Forklift, Cherry Picker, and Clamp Forklift required.
  • Strong background in warehouse operations, order picking, inventory movement, and material handling.
  • Experience loading, unloading, staging, and transporting products within a distribution center or warehouse environment.
  • Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and safety standards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Forklift certification or ability to become certified.
  • Experience with RF scanners, inventory systems, or warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy.
  • Dependable work history and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, productivity-driven warehouse environment.

Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and move materials as required throughout the shift.
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and equipment operation.
  • Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment for extended periods.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment while following all safety requirements.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 1st Shift.

Job Duties

  • Safely operate Reach Forklifts, Cherry Pickers, and Clamp Forklifts to move, store, and organize inventory.
  • Load and unload trailers, containers, and warehouse storage locations.
  • Pick, stage, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Transport materials throughout the facility to support shipping, receiving, and production needs.
  • Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all company safety policies, warehouse procedures, and productivity standards.
  • Assist with general warehouse, inventory, shipping, and receiving duties as needed.
