Looking for a stable Monday - Friday schedule with weekends off? We are hiring a Temp-to-Hire Material Handler for an immediate start!
Pay: $18.00/hour to start
Hours: 1st Shift | Mon-Fri,4:00 pm to 12:00 am
Location: Wood Dale, IL
Key Responsibilities:
Operate a sti-down forklift to move stock, including transferring hold-status items from Good Warehouse D to DQ.
Read pick tickets/POs and hand-build pallets based on orders.
Attach identifying labels or mark containers with tracking information.
Secure products for transport to designated warehouse locations using the stretch-wrapper machine.
Follow strict food safety (SQF) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Maintain a clean and safe workspace (sweeping, debris, plastic, strapping, etc.).
Assist the team with other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of forklift experience preferred.
Basic computer skills (RF scanner experience is a plus!).
Must be able to read/write English and follow instructions.
