The Material Handler safely and efficiently moves, stores, and ships materials within a high-volume manufacturing and warehouse environment. This role loads and unloads trucks, manages shipping documentation, monitors inventory accuracy, and supports process improvements to increase operational efficiency. The position requires consistent, reliable attendance, the ability to work independently, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Work EnvironmentThis role is based in a busy manufacturing and warehouse facility that operates 24/7 with approximately 170 permanent employees and around 30 temporary workers. The environment is not climate controlled, so temperatures may fluctuate throughout the year. The facility runs multiple schedules, including 12-hour shifts (such as 3 days on, 3 days off, followed by 2 days on, 2 days off) and up to 12-hour shifts Monday through Friday with 8-hour shifts on Saturdays. Employees must be able to work a 3rd shift schedule (for example, 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., Sunday through Thursday) and must be willing to work alternate schedules and overtime, including early mornings, nights, and weekends, while maintaining punctuality. The work requires standing for extended periods, frequent lifting, continuous use of hands and feet, and repetitive movements. You will use forklifts, hand jacks, electric pallet jacks, and various hand and electrical tools. Safety is a top priority, and personal protective equipment is required, including steel-toed or safety footwear, safety glasses, hearing protection, cut-resistant safety gloves, hair nets, and beard nets where applicable.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.68 - $21.68/hr.
