Location: Minneapolis, MN

Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Training Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM for approximately 2 months

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse or material handling training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, shipping, or receiving environment preferred
• Forklift operating experience required
• Experience with inventory control, material handling, or warehouse management systems preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills

Job Duties

• Perform inventory control activities, including cycle counts, audits, and inventory reporting
• Receive, issue, pull, and restock materials while maintaining accurate inventory records
• Process inventory transactions using Oracle and warehouse management systems
• Coordinate LTL, expedited, and hazardous material shipments
• Prepare Bills of Lading (BOLs) and shipping documentation
• Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing materials
• Support repair cycle inventory and warranty core processing
• Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment
• Read mechanical drawings and technical documents to identify parts and materials
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience is preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems is beneficial.
• Knowledge of inventory control procedures, warehouse documentation, or Lean warehouse practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, teamwork, attention to detail, and safe work habits are well positioned for success as a Material Handler.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive material handling tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely move products using manual or powered material handling equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently in warehouse or manufacturing environments while following established safety procedures.

What You Will Do

As a Material Handler you will receive, move, stage, load, unload, organize, and transport materials throughout warehouse or manufacturing operations. You will verify inventory, maintain accurate product locations, prepare materials for production or shipment, assist with inventory control, and help ensure safe, efficient movement of products while following established workplace procedures.
