TRC Talent Solutions is seeking a reliable and motivated Material Handler for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Mineral Wells, TX. If you enjoy hands-on work, operating equipment, and supporting a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments safely and efficiently
Verify materials by checking product descriptions, quantities, and quality standards
Organize, stock, and maintain inventory in designated storage locations
Pick, stage, and transport materials to support production and operational needs
Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely
Maintain clean, organized, and efficient warehouse and storage areas
Build and prepare crates, pallets, and shipping containers as needed
Handle specialized materials according to established procedures
Follow all safety guidelines and participate in 5S workplace organization practices
Assist with inventory control and material tracking activities
High School Diploma or GED required
Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience preferred
Forklift operating experience preferred
Basic Microsoft Office and computer skills
Ability to read, understand, and follow work instructions and procedures
Ability to accurately use a tape measure and perform basic measurements
Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
