Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Material Handler workers for a manufacturing company in Mankato, MN. In this role, you’ll support production and warehouse operations by ensuring materials are accurately received, stored, and delivered where they’re needed. What You’ll Do as a Material Handler:- Receive, verify, and stock incoming materials and components
- Pick, stage, and deliver materials to support production and shipments
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
- Transport materials to designated areas in a timely manner
- Communicate with production and logistics teams to support workflow
What You Need to Bring to the Material Handler Role:- Ability to stand and perform physical work for 8–10 hour shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently (team lift for heavier items)
- Basic computer and math skills
- Ability to operate or learn equipment like pallet jacks or forklifts
- Ability to read and follow instructions in English
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred but not required (entry-level welcome)
