Job Description
Shift: Morning
Schedule: 7 AM to 3 PM; 2/2/3 rotating schedule
Pay Rate: $19.00
Position Summary:
Provides Shipping and Receiving services by loading and unloading material from trailers/containers, ensuring material is free of damage. Stages resin and production supplies for production use and stages finished goods from the production line to the warehouse for storage and order fulfillment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Unloads trailers and stages materials on the shipping floor.
- Completes the 7 Point inspection form for export shipments to comply with C-TPAT guidelines
- Monitors incoming and outgoing materials, verifying and identifying information for accuracy.
- Put away inbound items. Examine incoming materials to ensure that they are intact and damage-free.
- Pull resin samples and identify all resins with applicable labels, including certification labels indicating ready for production use
- Stages resin and production supplies for daily production use, and stages finished goods from the production line to the warehouse for storage and order fulfillment.
- Stage customer orders for labeling
- Loads trailers for customer orders by following pull sheets provided by the warehouse coordinator
- Ensures that the trailers are inspected and safety procedures are followed.
- Inspect the lift daily, perform maintenance on the vehicle, and report any maintenance deficiencies.
- Follow all GMP guidelines and Shipping procedures
- Complete PFS duties on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis based on required tasks.
Qualifications
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Forklift Certification
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Ability to interface effectively with employees, vendors, and customers of all levels.
- Flexibility within a high-performance work environment.
- Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment.
- Able to work without close supervision.
- Able to follow instructions and make decisions based on data obtained.
- Able to verify data for accuracy with a high level of detail.
- Computer knowledge and 3-5 years of Windows applications, SAP, and SYMPLE experience preferred.

- Depth perception
- Routinely sits for long periods over an 8-hour shift.
- Climbs on and off forklifts, stands, reaches, pushes, and pulls materials.
- Will frequently lift up to 25 lbs. and routinely lift up to 55 lbs.
- Must be able to routinely work in a "hot room" (up to 110 degrees F at times).
