Material Handler / Inventory Specialist
Location: Tulsa, OK
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
HireCall is now hiring a Material Handler / Inventory Specialist for a well-established manufacturing company in Tulsa! This is an excellent opportunity to join a clean, climate-controlled sheet metal fabrication and assembly facility where organization, teamwork, and attention to detail are valued.

Job Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials using handheld scan guns
- Stock and transfer materials throughout the facility
- Pick and stage parts for production and customer shipments
- Safely load and unload trucks and trailers
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
- Investigate and help resolve inventory discrepancies
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
- Work closely with production and warehouse teams to ensure materials are available when needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of warehouse, inventory control, or manufacturing experience
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scan guns
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy
- Forklift experience preferred
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and data entry
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
- Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
