About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Associate to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment, ensuring accurate inventory control and efficient operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position involves operating warehouse equipment, verifying incoming shipments, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Receive, verify, and organize incoming shipments.
- Sort, count, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Perform inventory control tasks, including cycle counts.
- Label, package, and stage products for shipping.
- Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
- Operate RF scanners and warehouse handling equipment such as carts and dollies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with warehouse operations including picking, packing, and inventory management.
- Ability to operate RF scanners and warehouse equipment.
- Capable of handling items up to 40 lbs.
- Available to work on a 5/2 schedule.
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible with immediate or scheduled start availability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with cold storage environments.
- Previous experience in general warehouse or storage roles.
- Experience with shipping procedures and inventory counting.

Work Environment / Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
- Standing for extended periods.
