Job Description:
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support customer requirements with an emphasis on outstanding customer satisfaction
- Support customer requirements with an emphasis on outstanding customer satisfaction
- Accurately process and deliver orders
- Produce, consolidate, and report logistic metrics to site manager, as required
- Issue, receive, and coordinate the repair of Government Property (GP) and other SHE customer property in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FARs) and company policies
- Ensures the processing of customer core returns and return to stock inventory are accomplished accurately
- Maintains appropriate files and records, as per company policy.
- Ensures accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments; verifies information against bills of lading, invoices, orders and other records.
- Create and process sales orders, repair sales orders, and transfer orders in SAP, as required
- Properly dispose of scrap parts, when requested for customer core returns and return to stock parts
- Package processed customer core return and return to stock parts for storage
Required Competencies:
- Education / Knowledge / Skills and Abilities:
- Associate's Degree or higher and/or 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain or business management required
- Extensive knowledge of SAP operations desired; Minimum of 1 year SAP experience desired
- Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office suite required; to include MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word; Good keyboarding skills required; comprehensive knowledge of MS Excel desired

- Able to work independently, with minimal guidance
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Must be able to pass background investigation and obtain access to controlled, government facility
Physical Requirements:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand and walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
- The employee is occasionally required to balance and stoop, kneel, or crouch.
- The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- The employee will frequently have to move items up to several hundred pounds utilizing appropriate warehouse support equipment.
- The noise level in the work environment will vary from quiet to moderate.
