Material Handler I Day Shift

We are seeking a Material Handler to support production and warehouse operations at a manufacturing facility in Oakwood, GA. This individual will be responsible for staging materials, loading and unloading products, operating material handling equipment, and ensuring production lines remain supplied with necessary materials.
Responsibilities

• Retrieve and stage raw materials and packaging materials for production.
• Keep production lines stocked with cans, pails, labels, and other required materials.
• Load and unload trucks containing raw materials and finished products.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor and operate depalletizing equipment.
• Maintain organized inventory and material flow throughout the facility.
• Assist with general warehouse and production support duties as assigned.
• Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines.

• 1st Shift
• Approximately 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Monday through Thursday
• Some Friday and Saturday work may be required based on production needs.

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to climb ladders and stairs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 80 pounds occasionally.
• Strong attention to safety and quality standards.
