The Contingent Material Handler provides essential support to both dock and office teams, ensuring the efficient preparation, staging, and documentation of shipments. Managing the stamping and folding of the Temperature Monitor Sheet (TMS) documentation.

1st Shift 7:30-4pm including a 30 minute lunch

The Contingent Material Handler provides essential support to both dock and office teams, ensuring the efficient preparation, staging, and documentation of shipments. This role is responsible for maintaining high standards in load security and temperature-controlled logistics, ensuring all materials are accurately processed and ready for distribution.
Key Responsibilities
Band pallets according to truck and staging priorities
Apply ice bricks and cooling devices to the appropriate boxes
Staging coordination
Assist with monitor preparation
Applying accurate date stickers to all relevant items.
Identifying and segregating specific boxes designated for monitoring.
Managing the stamping and folding of the Temperature Monitor Sheet (TMS) documentation.
