TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Material Handler for a distribution company in the Houston East area. 

The company works with high-performance insulation materials, including fiberglass, polyisocyanurate, calcium silicate, cellular glass, mineral wool, and other insulation products.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

In-person warehouse/distribution environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Move and organize insulation materials and other warehouse products.

• Wrap, package, and prepare boxes and materials for shipment.

• Load and unload materials from trucks and delivery vehicles.

• Move products throughout the warehouse using proper material-handling procedures.

• Assist with preparing orders for shipment and distribution.

• Stack, organize, and store materials safely and efficiently.

• Follow instructions from supervisors and maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Perform repetitive lifting, carrying, bending, and reaching as needed.

• Stand and remain active for extended periods during the workday.

• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous warehouse, distribution, or material-handling experience is preferred but not required.

• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work for extended periods.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

• Strong attention to safety and detail.

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, starting at 6:00 AM until the work is finished. Occasional Saturdays may be required.
