Job Title: Material Handler
Pay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour, DOE

Join a leading industrial manufacturing team as a Material Handler, where you'll play a critical role in supporting production, inventory control, shipping, and warehouse operations.As a Material Handler, you'll help keep materials moving efficiently throughout the facility, ensuring production teams have the parts and supplies they need to stay on schedule. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys operating equipment, staying active throughout the day, and working in a fast-paced industrial environment.
What You'll Do
  • As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for:
  • Receiving, unloading, and storing incoming inventory in designated warehouse locations
  • Picking, pulling, and staging materials for production, shipping, and service departments
  • Loading and unloading materials using forklifts, overhead cranes, and other material handling equipment
  • Delivering parts and components to production areas according to work orders and schedules
  • Reviewing work orders and inventory documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Monitoring inventory levels and reporting shortages to supervisors
  • Assisting with cycle counts, inventory audits, and physical inventory activities
  • Safely moving raw materials, work-in-process inventory, and finished goods throughout the facility
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and system location information
  • Following all warehouse safety procedures and PPE requirements
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Previous warehouse, material handling, or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Forklift operation experience required
  • Overhead crane experience preferred
  • Ability to read work orders, inventory documents, and material lists
  • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation
  • Ability to read tape measures and interpret basic drawings or part information
  • Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift
  • Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to workplace safety
  • Flexibility and willingness to support changing production priorities
