Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Temporary General Labor / Warehouse Associates to support a growing operation in the Houston area. This position will primarily involve hands-on material handling and general warehouse/production support, including boxing, bagging, organizing materials, and preparing products for shipment or production.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical, hands-on work and is looking to gain experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. Training and required PPE will be provided.
Responsibilities
  • Perform general manual labor and material-handling duties
  • Box, bag, package, and prepare materials and products
  • Load, unload, move, and organize materials as needed
  • Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
  • Operate basic equipment and tools as trained
  • Assist production and warehouse personnel with daily tasks
  • Complete work accurately and efficiently while maintaining quality standards
  • Perform other general labor duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to perform physical, hands-on work for the duration of the shift
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
  • Comfortable working as part of a team in a hands-on environment
Additional Details
  • PPE and job-specific training will be provided
  • Work will initially be performed at one Houston-area location (77032)
  • Staffing needs will generally be communicated with approximately one week's notice
  • The company anticipates initially hiring 1–2 temporary employees
  • There may be an opportunity for successful temporary employees to transition into full-time production positions later in the year, depending on business needs and future facility plans
