Material Handler

About the Role:

We're looking for a hands-on Material Handler to help keep our operations running smoothly. The Material Handler Technician performs various duties related to pulling stock, order staging, production, and warehouse material movement. The Material Handler communicates directly with production assembly operators to ensure sufficient and correct supplier parts are present for each production order.

What You’ll Do:

• Day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and shipping of materials
• Ensure material handling equipment is used safely and correctly
• Keep inventory organized and accurate using our tracking systems
• Assist in the replacement of defective parts to prevent production operator downtime.

·        Perform daily replenishment route checks of floor stock items, prioritizing assembly cells when signaled by an operator.

• Step in to help with hands-on material handling when needed

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma required
• 6+ months of experience in a warehouse or distribution center
• Strong knowledge of material handling techniques and equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks)
• Comfortable with inventory systems and basic computer use
• Reliable, safety-focused, and a strong team player
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and stand for long periods

Bonus Points For:

• Forklift certification
• Experience with NetSuite, SAP or equivalent ERP and warehouse management systems
• Bilingual (English/Spanish or other language helpful)
